He believes that delivering services is not merely a function – it is a sacred responsibility. Guided by the Gita’s principle of Karma Yoga, he approaches every project with detachment from outcomes and dedication to higher purpose, inspiring those around him to work with meaning, resilience, and integrity.

As a spiritual speaker and teacher, Deepak has delivered talks on the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, and Puranas across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Fiji, and India. For over 15 years, he has mentored youth, using the Gita as a compass to navigate modern challenges – helping them rise above stress, self-doubt, and confusion by connecting to inner strength and clarity of purpose.

Deepak’s inclusive leadership extends to championing accessibility and equity in the workplace. Inspired by the Gita’s message of samatvam – equality and dignity for all—he actively works to make public service and communication accessible and empowering for everyone, regardless of background or ability.

To Deepak, the Bhagavad Gita is not a scripture of the past but a manual for modern living – a guide for courageous action, purposeful change, and spiritual empowerment. Whether managing a complex transformation, coaching a young adult, or uplifting a colleague, Deepak lives by the Gita’s call to be the voice that inspires and the force that uplifts.
